After successfully operating multiple food concepts and serving communities throughout Southern California, founder Rish Oberoi saw an opportunity to create something unique, a brand that combines authentic barbecue traditions with the diverse flavors and culture that define California. From slow-smoked brisket and tender pulled pork to handcrafted sides and fresh-made sandwiches, every item is designed to deliver exceptional quality and value. As the brand evolved, so did the menu. Today, The LA Pit proudly serves authentic smoked barbecue alongside its growing lineup of signature burgers, combining traditional smokehouse techniques with classic American comfort food. Awesome customer service! Such kind people. The little lady at the front desk as well as the cook in the kitchen showed 1950's hospitality in the day and age when people are so caught up with the hustle and bustle of every day problems they seemed as if they didn't have a problem at all. Clear examples of NOT bringing your problems to work! Because of them my barbecue experience was simply Awesome 👌 OH, by the way the food was excellent as well.

Excellent BBQ place! Best in L.A.! Had a craving for some good BBQ and this place definitely hit the spot and then some. We tried the family pack and the brisket, turkey, sausages and all the sides were SO delicious. Highly recommend this place! We will definitely be coming back. Great place the brisket was bomb smoked to perfection. I went on a Sunday to dine in. I had the 3 meat plate with potato salad bbq beans. There was enough food to drop off to my partner for lunch. Ribs were good quite restaurant dine in options many order for pick up and delivery. May consider ordering for staff engagement at work.
